What inspired you to teach?

I've always loved taking classes and specifically loved the high-intensity, low-impact style of PiYo. I could walk out of a class with a major sweat but my knees didn’t ache like they did with some other formats! When I moved to San Francisco I couldn't find a studio that offered this class and decided it was time for me to teach! I love working with individuals as we each reach towards progress and improving on our current health and fitness state.

Describe the environment of your class:

My classes are high energy with fun music and a sense of humor! We enjoy the time together, we sweat (a lot!), we don't judge, and we will all likely be sore the next morning!

Why do you like teaching at fitGLENfit?

The atmosphere at fitGLENfit called my name immediately when I first walked in! I loved the quaint neighborhood and the warm welcome I received from the owners and fitness instructor I met. The atmosphere is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a solid workout, either alone or in a fitness class, without feeling judged or nervous. You can walk away from a workout at fitGLENfit with a smile on your face!
