Small Group Classes


Our small group classes are designed to help you attain your fitness goals. Our knowledgable instructors and range of classes will motivate, educate, inspire and WORK you!

Our SPIN and TRX classes will build strength and cardiovascular endurance that will have a noticeable effect to your physique and daily life. Our members have expressed surprise and delight in the difference that adding these classes have made; their runs felt easier, yoga poses lighter, and they have gained strength all around. Our highly trained instructors are dedicated to helping you modify and make their classes work for you so that you can get the maximum results.

Our classes hold 8-10 students, this makes for a more individualized workout and gives you the opportunity to create a workout community which helps motivate! Note: our small class size makes it important to sign up for class ahead of time as space is limited.
