What if i am unable to attend a class I have pre-registered for?
fGf requires a 24-hour cancellation policy for all group classes, workshops, and personal training sessions. Our classes are small to provide you with the best instruction, but this also means there is often a waiting list. If you do not cancel within 24-hours of the class time you will be charged for the scheduled session.
Members who cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled class will be charged the published single class rate for standard members.
To cancel a class, go to your scheduling profile and remove yourself from the scheduled class. Please note, all cancellations before 24 hours will result in a future class credit only; no monetary refunds. E-mail, text, and/or phone VM requests to cancel will not be honored – members MUST manage cancellations online. Thank you for your cooperation!
What if my class has a substitute teacher?
We will do our best to ensure your scheduled class takes place with the listed instructor. In the event of a class cancellation, schedule, or instructor change, all changes will be posted online. Please remember to check the website before class for any class changes. Please note that all of our substitute teachers have been chosen based on their skill and training, we insure that they are qualified and offer a safe and knowledgable class environment.
Will I receive a notification if there is a last minute change or class cancel?
If you have pre-registered for a class and the class must be canceled you will receive email notification. If you have not pre-registered for a class you will NOT be notified directly if a class has been cancelled. Otherwise, all cancellations will be noted in real time on our online schedule.
What if I am concerned about an injury that may compromise my participation?
Our instructors are highly trained in their specific field of expertise and can offer modifications depending on your individual needs. If you have concerns, please talk with the instructor before class so they can assist you with anything that might prevent full participation.
