What inspired you to teach?
I was in between careers and I had already been teaching Muay Thai kickboxing classes part time to help my coach. I picked up TRX to help me with my fight conditioning and fell in love with the training. I decided to teach fitness after being exposed to it and specialize specifically in TRX training although I do also love weightlifting and other forms of training


What 3 things do you specialize in as a teacher?

  • Moving well with great technique.
  • Earning your movement progressions.
  • Intense but fun classes that make you feel good about your workout.


Describe the environment of your class:
I move through positions fast, but I also cue and speak fast and make sure everyone is getting into the right positions. I try to keep things moving making sure everyone is getting the most out of every one of my workouts. I've logged over a thousand hours of teaching TRX group classes over the last 4 years so you can rest assured that you are getting one of the most authentic TRX workouts available anywhere.

Why do you like teaching at fBf / fGf?
I like the small and cozy group setting and the warm local inviting gym.
