Class Descriptions

Boot Camp

Meet at the gym but take it outside. After a quick jog to the park, we gather together to hit our legs, core, arms and total body with resistance band work and body weight exercises, even partnering up at times for combo moves. Then a stretch, and a victory lap back to the gym to finish!

Kickboxing 101

Burn some calories and some stress in this full contact intro to Kickboxing. Learn punches and kicks, stretches and foam roller techniques. Get stronger, faster and in better shape! Gloves and target pads provided.

Muscle Pump

An energetic cardio toning and strength training workout targeting major muscle groups including legs, chest, back, arms and core utilizing hand held weights.

Spin

Spin is a highly efffective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, Spin offers a challenging 60-minute ride with fun energizing music. It’s the perfect opportunity to get your heart pumping while you burn some serious calories. You will leave class feeling a huge sense of accomplishment, ready to tackle anything that comes your way. Come in and start pedaling today and let the music take you on an amazing ride along various terrains, speeds, and intensities. We look forward to seeing you in class soon!

Spin Core

Our Spin Core class combines a high intensity cardio workout with a challenging core workout that will help give you endurance and the abs you’ve always wanted. You’ll spend the first 45-minutes on the Spin bike climbing and sprinting to great music to keep you energized! The last 15 minutes of class will be spent doing a challenging Core workout. We will finish class with a good stretch to leave you feeling energized. Need to leave early for work? No problem; you’re welcome to sneak out after spin, so you can get your day started on time!

Spin & Sculpt

Join us for this 60-minute high-energy full body workout. This class combines the cardio workout of a typical cycle class with resistance training using light weights. Move and groove on this rhythm based ride while toning and sculpting your arms and shoulders.

Strength Cardio Intervals

Blend of cardio and strength training using a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, steps, resistance bands and medicine balls that will burn those calories. This class begins with 15 minutes of dynamic mobility exercises to warm-up the body, followed by 35 minutes of cardio/strength intervals and capping it off with 10 minutes of static stretches. This class is perfect if you want to take your fitness to the next level and train with a personal trainer in a group environment.

TRX: 101

New to the TRX? This class will guide you through the TRX workout by introducing basic foundational exercises through easy-to-follow progressions. The 60-minute class has the power to increase endurance, improve total body flexibility, and develop core strength! It’s a total body workout that will leave you hooked. All levels are welcome!

TRX: Core

This 60-minute class begins with 30 minutes of mixed Pilates disciplines, incorporating mat work and muscle release techniques to engage, lengthen, and balance the body. We will continue with 30 minutes of TRX training to challenge and expand your cardio and strength thresholds, pairing energetic intervals with active recovery to round out this dynamic, challenging yet restorative hour. All levels are welcome!

TRX: Intervals

Get your strength training and your cardio all in one fun, challenging, sweaty hour! This 60-minute class alternates between exercises that build strength and balance and medium to high-intensity cardio intervals both on and off the TRX.  TRX Intervals is suitable for all levels because every exercise on the TRX can be modified to accommodate the specific needs of each student from the novice to the athlete. If you are new to TRX please come 5 minutes early to get acquainted with the equipment.

TRX: Circuit

Struggling with the workout blahs or need a new challenge and varied routine? This circuit class uses a variety of modalities -- including TRX, Bosu, steps, medicine balls and SPIN bikes* --  to build a workout to improve your athletic performance. Mixing up your routine is a great way to keep you at peak performance, especially if you’ve started to plateau in your fitness goals. Come challenge yourself while getting the support and encouragement you need!

TRX: STRONG

This class will push you to new levels of strength - no matter what your fitness level - using the TRX Suspension Trainer and your own body weight. Be ready to "feel the burn" with blocks of strength exercises that deliver a high intensity workout. It's sure to burn calories and leave you quivering during and long after your workout is complete.

TRX Stretch & Strengthen

TRX Strengthen & Stretch is a combo workout suitable for all fitness levels. You'll *strengthen* your body and then *stretch* into a relaxing session - all in a blink-and-it's-over 45 minutes! Get stronger with 20 minutes of full-body moves then come back down to earth and stretch out those hard-working muscles - all with an assist from the TRX Suspension Trainer. Challenge your strength, mobility, and balance - and leave refreshed with plenty of time for Sunday fun!
